WHAT'S HOT

Throwback Thursday: Chanel Coco Neige

Whether you go on ski holiday to hit the triple black diamonds or sip hot chocolate, it is important to dress the part. But, coordinating looks that are both warm and stylish is no easy feat (especially with all those bulky layers).

Lucky for the more fashion- conscious skiers, Chanel has released luxury, winter sportswear.

Designed by Karl Lagerfeld and fronted by Margot Robbie in 2018, Coco Neige (neige translates to ‘snow’ in English) is Chanel’s first and only collection dedicated entirely to skiwear. It mixes technical materials with the house’s ready-to-wear codes, so every piece is wind and waterproof, as well as Chanel approved. Think: tweed puffer vests, mittens adorned with the ‘CC’ logo, shearling flap bags, salopettes stitched with camellias, snowflake brooches, and – as of its latest installment for Fall/Winter 2019 – quilted parkas and chain-lined snow boots.

From Vail to Val-d'Isère, with Chanel’s Coco Neige collection, you will have everything you need for your next ski trip (fresh powder and après-ski not included).
